Medallion Cabinetry carries the KCMA seal assuring you of quality product that complies with the rigorous standards set by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and sponsored by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA). To test compliance, independent laboratories perform a rigorous battery of tests simulating years of typical household use.
If you've ever experienced an installed cabinet pulling away from the wall after just a few years of use, then you'll understand how important a strong, well-secured hanging rail is to a cabinet. Medallion's hanging rails are glued and pocket-screwed to keep your cabinets on the wall for years and years to come.
When it comes to keep your cabinets square and true, we never cut corners. You may see other brands that claim to keep a cabinet square using corner blocks made of wood or plastic, but we don't believe that gets the job done. Medallion cabinets stay true with an I-Beam dadoed into the face frame, end panel and back panel for extra structural support.
Drawers utilize dovetail construction—the strongest joinery possible—and are built to last. Constructed of ¾-inch hardwood sides with a fully captured ¼ plywood bottom, our drawers are clear coat-sealed inside and out to withstand years of use.
